"Support like no other Epos system"
Since opening our first restaurant in July iiko have been so supportive. Having them on hand any time of the day or evening to sort any issues out on the spot is invaluable and unlike any Epos system I’ve used in the past. Rather than setting you up and leaving you to it we’ve been on a journey together since July to fine tune everything and tailor the system to the exact needs of our business. Would highly recommend!

Started off well, responded quickly even gave them two other customers through friends who just bought a pub and a cafe before service began deteriorating.
When we began trying to use the stock take system we quickly learned that the system really isn’t up to the job having being told it specialised in businesses based over two or more sites.
Main flaw is that the mapping into XERO accounting software doesn’t export the stock into the correct accounting categories in XERO meaning the information was useless for accounting forcing us to re-enter all invoices into XERO having already entered it into IIKO office which in itself was a laborious task.
We take payment on order in the restaurant and when groups are making orders if something needs refunding the whole cheque (ie. 6 people) need refunding meaning they all have to pay again meaning it a very timely exercise!
Most importantly once the guy on the phone cottoned onto the fact that their software is for want of a better work pants, he did very well at avoiding my calls leaving us to deal with the less personable tech crew via their ultra modern messaging system ‘telegram’ often taking 5+ minutes for a response.
The system is ok for use solely as a till but that’s about it.
There much much more but they don’t deserve any more of my time, they’ve already taken enough... we’re moving on to Tevalis and cutting our losses with IKOO... let’s just hope our friends don’t fall out with us!

Super easy to front till and back end for reporting purposes. They also offer constant help and support should you have any issues or wish to make modifications to the setup.
So far I have nothing but good things to say about them and would recommend them to anyone lookingfor a new POS solution
