Started with their folic acid, then CoQ10 and Omega 3s. As I run out of other supplements I’ll be switching over each supply to Ethical Nutrition.

After lots of research into a good supplement, Ethical nutrition came out heads above the rest. After having extremely low Vitamin D and finishing a 6weeks high dose from my gp I went over to these and I am slowly feeling better all the time. I also take magnesium glycinate as im going through perimenopause and my anxiety and sleep was awful. It has made a huge difference to me along with taking hrt. I’ve also just ordered omega 3 and I’m hoping for the great benefits of that too. The customer support and advice was amazing and for someone with health anxiety this really helped me to feel confident in what to take, so thank you ethical nutrition came 😇👍🏼

The initial shipment went missing but it was soon replaced, so top marks for customer service. And after 6 weeks then vitamin D seems to be doing a good job. I also like the fact it's in a glass jar. Altogether very happy with everything.
