I bought Magnesium taurate and feel it is genuinely pure and clean. It is one of the few supplements that has real and perceivable benefits (look up Dr Sanjay Gupta York Cardiology on YouTube for a full and useful explanation), in my case I rely on it to provide an almost total cessation from ectopic heart beats. Having tried magnesium citrate from another source which caused very loose bowel movements, Ethical Nutrition nailed it with theirs with no side effects, so well done. Already bought more.
