I ordered Covid test kits - they meet my requirements, so I'm satisfied with my order in that respect.

However, I'm disappointed with the poor range of choice for sizes of Covid test packs on the website. Many of the packs are listed as "sold out", and hence I couldn't order the size of packs that I wanted.

Nightingale PPE need to make quantities available for a range of buying needs - I need mine for visiting a relative in a care home, so I need more than individual tests, but I don't want to buy very large quantities all at once since that is expensive to pay up front and also I need to use them all before their expiry dates.

The range on offer on the website now seems to be even more limited than when I made this order, so I am concerned about what will be available when I next want to buy these tests.

If Nightingale PPE are not going to offer these "sold out" quantities in future, then please can the website be changed to accurately reflect what is likely to be on offer - otherwise, customers waste time consulting the website.

It doesn't look impressive to have so many "sold out" signs on the website and customers may wonder what is happening for a PPE company to have all these unavailable options for such a key PPE product.
