"Poor customer service"

It has been two weeks since I ordered my LFTs. They have still not arrived and there has been little response to my emails querying the status of the order. So far i have paid for goods not received and not been offered any compensation.

This was the second time I have ordered and again it was very easy to place the order.
The delivery was dispatched quickly but held up by Royal Mail strike, through no fault of Nightingale ppe.
The quality of the masks and hand sanitiser was very good and I would purchase again from them in the future.

This time I was unable to give a five star review because I was a little annoyed when the delivery arrived. Every time I reorder nitrile gloves. I always order size large and boxers tend to say size 8–8.5 which is great, they are the top end of the perfect size for me, however, the new order of two 100-glove-boxes arrived and they are different brand and they are size 9 for large and they are loose.
What would make this a five star review is if the sizing was consistent, in all of the services I am very happy.
