Absolutely appalling company, not even a year old and the laminate is bubbling all over! Customer service doesn’t want to know even though all the chemicals have come from them and we have followed everything as they said to, now they want to charge us for it! No one has been out to see the issue. Avoid! I wish I’d looked on here before buying as we are not the first. Very disappointing. my post code is HU4 7RB
Update: still haven’t received anything about how you are going to sort our tub out. Stay well away terrible company

Great sales team and delivery service . Disgusting after sales ,. For 3 weeks we have been chasing this company for our service report with which we paid £199 I still haven’t received it despite being constant,y told they have emailed it to me

Slightly unfair reviews on here given how amazing the team are at Outdoor Living.
I bought a Jacuzzi tub from Outdoor Living recently. They let me choose a date which worked for me with installation which was amazing because I was inbetween moving house.
The install team were so friendly and helpful, no question was too silly or annoying. Since having the tub, I've been in contact with after sales to arrange chemicals (after the starter pack runs out, you get a starter pack with purchas which is a lifesaver and that includes filters). Their aftersales team are so friendly and helpful and the advice and experience they have is second to none.
They even threw in a cover, a lock for the cover, and the standard delivery was free. What more could you ask for!?

"dont waste your money on service or lid"
bought a new lid for there brand hot tub its to big and just get fobbed off by them .. I paid for the top annual service to only find day after it was done there was still crime and grit in the jets they had not took them off or cleaned them .The service is ment to have everything inspected and reported on hmm week after service a seal goes and it looks like its been on its way out for a while .A main jet is cracked on the inside it should of got checked when cleaned and serviced .We had just got this tub so asked them to go over it with a fine tooth comb hmm they must of had there eyes shut

"Avoid"
Avoid. They we’re great with sales and installation, however, after-sales & customer service are shocking. We bought the Outdoor Look hot tub less than 10 months ago and the filter lid has corroded, no advice was given about this & the care of it and now they’re trying to charge £160 for a replacement lid. The hot tub has been sat unused for 3 weeks. Price increase of £1000 too on this product in the last year. They’re trying to rip people off. We are really disappointed in the whole thing. Would not recommend you purchase from here purely due to shocking after-sales.

"Less than a year old the main control…"
Less than a year old the main control board has gone faulty leaving me with no hot tub for 8 weeks which at this point I had had to cancel a birthday party not have the use for mental heath reasons to find the part they said was out of stock was in stock but I only found this out by taking it in to my own hands and contacting their supplier direct which they had already spoke to ... no compensation for all the stress and inconvenience, It was due its first service and I asked would they honer this in respect of all the mess up on THEIR PART for what I had endured..No, not even a bottle of scented crystals as a Courtesy gesture. Total disgusted with aftercare and will not be recommending them again as I have done previously and friends have bought from them 😟
