"Poor customer service"

Came and insulated loft, except the missed lots of it, ripped tv afield out, and now won’t answer calls about putting it right. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade and use government schemes to make money.AVOID!!

Dave, Jason and the team showed up on time, ( in fact a little early but we happy to wait for me to return from the bank oops), we qualified un the government scheme for a new boiler and underfloor insulation. I cannot sing their praises enough, how professional, reassuring and really friendly these guys are, they worked non stop and were there most of the day, they had travelled up from Manchester and they must have been shattered by the time they got home. Thank you so much to this fab company, no mess left, fabulous job done and a toasty warm house to boot now. I can highly recommend Elite Energy (NW) Ltd.

"Scammers!"

Avoid! They are scammers! Extremely unprofessional!
They tell you one price one minute then make an excuse to increase again, everyone you speak to gives you different pricing! book an appointment to fit then on the day not turn up and make another cock & bull story to increase the price a 3rd time. Went from £250, £400 to £600. Just trying to fingure out if they are scamming customers or the government funding scheme, probably both!
They should be struck out of the scheme.

WELL WHAT CAN I SAY!!
We were blessed by a super Installer David. We live in the Vale of Evesham,David lives in Manchester. He left Home Friday 14th Feb (Friday of all days of the week) @ 0530hrs called at Stratford Upon Avon collected a new Boiler and then onto us In Evesham area.
He was happy, PROFESSIONAL, polite and so likeable. The installation went fine and a 1st class job too. On his way home!! mid afternoon hopefully missing the Friday rush traffic. We do hope you are lucky enough to get David to install your Boiler.

"Had insulation work done a few months…"

Had insulation work done a few months ago. Good point was the work was free as I am disabled, but I did not have a good experience with this company. The Surveyor they sent said they could insulate the whole house including the loft. They also promised new storage heaters. After preparing the house for the work ahead, including clearing the loft, which was a week of hard work for my friend, they finally arrived to do the work. All they did was insulate two walls in the living room. They didn't even decorate after the mess they left (I have photographs if Elite Energy protest about this review) and no storage heaters. I am grateful to the government and taxpayer whom I presume paid for this work but this company let me down badly. I am not the only one in the area who was let down by Elite Energy.

"Sterling job done 👍"

We had to have our old boiler moved from the kitchen due to an extension being built. However, the existing boiler was a little over ten years wasn't that efficient plus it was acting up from time to time. This did put to me the question of a new boiler but I hadn't built that into my budget. I was, like most people, aiming for what my pocket could afford. Plus I'd heard existing boilers don't like being moved once their settled as they are prone to leaks. Anyway, needless to say I opted for a new as this would be the most cost effective long term.
Elite eagerly did an outstanding job, on price, communication, time, crafmanship and quality. So happy with what we have. Took only to days at most. Glad we chose Elite energy as they've done a very nice job AND £2000.00 cheaper than what British Gas had quoted us.
Would recommend.

I don't normally write reviews but the customer service from start to finish was excellent, the two gentlemen that fitted the boiler were efficient,polite and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very pleased with the service from start to finish and I would definitely recommend Elite Energy to my friends and family

We needed a boiler fitting and chose Elite Energy. Absolutely fantastic service, the team were 100% professional, fast and reliable. Sarah was always on hand to answer our questions/querys. Cannot fault them at all, would highly recommend!

Work was done at great price and within a couple of days of asking, at times that suited me.

Work was completed very quickly with no mess left behind, only new fitted radiators.

Plenty of communication with various options & prices offered, then given a variety of payment options.

The team were all friendly and communication was great. The boiler service was thorough and all paperwork was detailed. I received a phone call just after the engineer left my house to check I was happy. Would recommend and use again!
