"Worst experience of my life!"

Worst experience of my life! On what is a very stressful day, Amazing Moves decided to delay our move in initially by only 1 1/2 hours, however after moving everything around, less that an hour before the scheduled time they told us they could only do 5 hours later on the evening, after speaking with them on the phone and being spoken to very rudely and disrespectfully they told me they could no longer accommodate our move and hung up the phone. Do not use this company if you need a reliable movers. I have reported them to the Ombudsman so hopefully no one else has to go through what we went through.

"Scam company/ Left stuff in the street and abandoned us"

Scam company. Horrible experience. 2 guys came and were complaining constantly and were rude to us. When after 3 hours we asked them not to be rude they shouted and said they would cancel the job. They UNLOADED THEIR TRUCK AND LEFT OUR STUFF IN THE STREET. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. DON'T USE they are not part of the British Association of Removal companies and the most unprofessional company. We are taking legal action against them.

Absolutely dreadful, avoid at all costs.

The only thing this shameful company are "amazing" at is:
1. completely underestimating the job and sending inadequate crew
2. sending rude unprofessional people
3. threatening you in your own home
4. not completing the job and leaving your possessions on the pavement and you stranded on moving day
5. ignoring any requests for help and claiming false statements.

Like any web searcher I had done my research but bitterly regret choosing such an unprofessional, disgusting and rude company who completely let us down. Just hope someone else reads this and avoids using them and use a professional firm associated to BAR (British Association of Removers) which this company is not. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
