"Our first booking with Sleeps12 and definitely our last!"

Our first booking with Sleeps12 and definitely our last! Booked a beautiful house for a group celebration of numerous special birthdays, 30 people all excited to go and have an amazing time. Then we find ourselves in the middle of a global pandemic! Sleeps12 insist we pay the balance, not knowing if they will be able to fulfill our booking, or if they will be allowed by the Goverment to be taking guests by our booking date. We ask to be provided with proof that the Property booked will be classed as Covid Secure and what measures they will put in place to ensure the safety and ability of 30 people to safely socially distance as per the Goverment guidelines. Sleeps12 say they are unable to provide this information, no Covid secure certificate! They then cancel our booking and keep our £2000 deposit!!! I would not recommend this company, taking advantage during a global pandemic to line their own pockets! No regard for their Customers! Avoid at all costs!

Sleep12 cancelled our booking demanding full payment regardless of COVID-19. They are also refusing to refund our deposit of £2,000

We had a venue booked for 30 people for the celebration of various birthdays. Unfortunately due to Covid-19, we didn’t feel that it would be possible to continue owing to the heath risks to some of our group (over 70’s and pregnant women). Sleeps 12 offered to change the date, but demanded the full payment + 25% immediately (£5000). While negotiating with sleeps12, they cancelled the booking and have kept our £2,000 deposit. They refused to give us any sort of reassurance around keeping the group safe or explain how a venue for 20, that was already stretched to 30 people - would keep our group safe and where to government rules. Awful awful experience

We booked accommodation for early July for 30 people. Then the Covid-19 pandemic hit. Unfortunately due to social distancing guidelines it’s clear that it won’t be going ahead.

Refused to provide safety certificates and any plans on how they planned to keep our group of 30 safe during our stay but expected us to continue with our stay.

Refused to give us our £2000 deposit back. We even asked for just 50% as a good will, which they refused.

Absolutely will not be recommending to anyone to book, in fact we highly recommend everyone STAY CLEAR!!!
