Excellent Packaging, love it being in a bag just keeping the mystery going a little bit longer.
Customer services was great no issues.
It was a hit or miss box and mine was a miss unfortunately. The pop was in excellent condition just not something I would collect. However a friend does so I gave it to him as a present. He was very happy.
I would recommend and would definitely buy again.

Had a Mystery box come damaged. The pop was really well packed. Pop protector, loads of bubble wrap, sturdy box.
Hermes just decided to sit on it and play football.
Contacted customer services through Facebook and Instagram.
Helpful and understanding from the outset. Cannot thank them enough.
Asked if i was happy to wait for their claim to hermes to go through. I did. Hermes would not take any responsibility for the damage so Geek Central offered 20% off my next order or a 50% refund.
I chose the refund and ordered their next Mystery box!

Marvel Mystery Box - Surtur, very happy. One I've wanted for a long time so that's good, even if it was technically a miss. Value £15
Horror Mystery Box -Pennywise, a miss and Dan would have been happy with it if it was one he didn't have. Value £18
Damaged Mystery Box- Romeo, very damaged, not my thing but my sister will like it. Value £7 mint. So a miss but not too bad!
Damaged Mystery Box - Goofy! Dan was very happy, he loves Kingdom Hearts and this was definitely a hit, one of the top hits in fact. Dan is one very happy chap. Value £23

Overall very happy!
