The description clearly stated undamaged. And what I received was clearly very damaged. I complained and requested a refund, but I was told that they would not give refunds. It wasn't as if I was just unhappy with what I received, it was damaged and incomplete. Still waiting for a refund.

The communication was fast. But the quality of my purchase, the care that wasn't shown when packing and the resolution was unsatisfactory. I will not be using this site again

I escalated this through the laybuy option AFTER 2 WEEKS OF WAITING FOR A REFUND and this was ultimately resolved.

Sorry Geek Central, but I stand by my previous review.

Horrible shipping service. I paid £17.00 for shipping and it was not even sent with tracking number. Now I have the parcel in customs and I cant track it.
£17.00 should be more than enough to send a parcel tracked and signed...

Am happy with what I got and all that however I was missing a keychain, plus wish shipping was easier to track but other than that it was great

Haven’t actually received my order yet but I look forward to its arrival. The team were efficient however delay on parcel (no issue at all) because of covid. The team did what was right and went about it in a sensible manner. I received regular update emails etc which was perfect! Very well done
