Our really expensive composite sink has a crack in it after only 6 months. After zero consultation they are sending a cheap metal disk to cover it up!!!! Described on their website as "sinks are extremely hard wearing" absolute loads of rubbish

"Had a stainless steel blanco sink…"
Had a stainless steel blanco sink installed. Any drop of water which lands on it stains. After every use (lots of grandchildren so being used all day long) only way to get rid of stains is to use cif. If stains haven’t dried on ha
Be to wipe water off quickly and dry quickly. Absolutely rubbish

"Poor customer services and sinks"
We have just replaced our siligrant Blanco sink after 4 years. We followed all the cleaning instructions and still it stained. We contacted Blanco as the guarantee is a long one. However, they didn't want to do anything other than send us some cleaner, which didn't work.
Also the the little knob that opens the sink broke 3 times in the 4 years we had the sink.
In all a dreadful sink, awful customer services and cost over £50 to fix the sink each time the knob broke.
Avoid and buy another brand.

"Blanco sink quality is not there and poor service"
Had a blanco belfast sink for 15 months and has 2x cracks in it already, contacted my kitchen provider Wrens who gave me contact details for blanco, spoke to blanco and sent over 8 to 9 photos.
Never even got told the out come they went straight to Wrens and that was it. I didn't expect a sink at that price to develop cracks after 15 months specially when I use a dish washer and a sink basin for all other small non-dishwasher friendly items.
(Not worth buying these) I would stay away at that cost and rubbish service.

"Follow up review"
As a follow up to my review in December. With the assistant of Trading Depot Blanco agreed to replace the sink entirely, however, they failed to cover the labour cost. The new sink arrived and the plumber noted that the waste to the half sink had a hole in it. Clearly a manufacturing defect. I ordered a replacement part. This arrived 2 days later, but another part was also broken. Luckily I was able to cannibalise the previous fitting so I ended up with a complete unit. Clearly the quality control in this company is rubbish and their customer service very poor

"Blanco tap not durable in my experience"
Thinking I was purchasing a durable, although expensive, kitchen tap for a refurbishment I selected the Blanco Bella mixer tap. However it has started to drip after only six years of quite light use. Never had any problem with my previous (non Blanco) kitchen mixer tap in 25 years.

"Poor design, poor service"
Purchased a Blanco sink through Wrens in Sept 23. Began to have problems with the drainer sink plugs (both in a one and a half bowl sink) around October 24 whereby the plug would simply pull apart, i.e. leaving the spindle behind in the drainer. This happened with both plugs in the space of a few weeks.
Reported to Wrens who offloaded to Blanco - their response, ‘sorry out of warranty but you can buy two new ones for an extortionate price’.
Technically they are correct of course but the design is very poor, being a simple push fit on the spindle - not even threaded. As you are effective pulling away from the spindle to unplug it really isn’t surprising they fall apart.
Have since sourced replacements off Amazon for about half the quoted price - and they’re threaded.
Poor design, more importantly poor service - buyer beware. I will never buy Blanco again.

"Excellent Service"
After having problems with my Boiling Hot Water Tap I contacted Blanco Uk who went above and beyond and replaced the tap at no cost to myself, and because of problems with the replacement tap they sent an engineer out to me, again at no cost to myself.
My thanks go to all representatives I spoke to especially Martina.

"Blanco Camia Kitchen Twin Lever Reduces Water Pressure Enormously"
Blanco Camia Kitchen Twin Lever supposed to be low pressure tap but the tap itself reduces water pressure by around 1/3rd. Don't buy unless you like lower pressure than you had before
