During the survey Sarah was thorough and was happy to explain about the issues being found as she went along. The property was over 100 years old and Sarah found quite a few problems that needed sorting, some potentially serious and which I would have remained unaware of without her expertise.

I received an excellent service from Sarah. I called to enquire about obtaining a Homebuyers Survey and was given a competitive quote on the call. Sarah made all the arrangements for access to the property through the estate agents, freeing me from having to sort out any of that myself.
