She is also very open and honest- being trustworthy with this kind of thing is really important. She’s very quick to respond and communicate. Once completed, she sent me the survey the next day and discussed it extensively over the phone. Her advice was really helpful for us to give us the reassurance we needed. The service was very prompt, very thorough and reasonably priced, however there were several inaccuracies (typos mostly) in the administrative paperwork surrounding this service, both in emails and including one in the survey itself. A little more attention to detail is desirable.

I particularly appreciated the opportunity to talk through the survey report having read it. It enabled us to come to a sensible decision about the purchase of the property.

Having said all this, I would use SJH again.
