The maintenance service was fine when it actually took place - but the customer service prior and afterwards needs attention. The engineer arrived early before the allotted time and put a “sorry I missed you” through the door. When I called to complain I was put on hold and eventually gave up so put the phone down, when I tried to call back later no one answered the phone. The engineer then returned later without warning but the visit was fine. The following Monday I received an email asking if I’d like to reschedule the visit? Confused - I am!

I have been with Banham for many years. Why? Their engineers and technical staff are really good. Unfortunately, customer service and scheduling are useless, so you end up spending hours on the phone to get an appointment. After nearly 10 years, I’ll be leaving when my contract is up
