Banham were happy to take a huge amount of money for my locks, alarm, and fire system - and all monitored on a service charge.
When I had someone breaking into my door I hit the Panic Alarm. Banham did nothing. I called them after 30 mins and they said ‘would I like a key holder?’ [erm no, absolutely not how about the police].
When I had two mis-alarms previously no one from monitoring called me either. I called them. Bits of ‘oh yeah’ response.
Banham are not a Security company they are a SALES company.
As they’ve also never responded to my polite emails or insistence that someone fairly senior explains why they didn’t act.
I will say on this website (given they don’t respond to their own), that I need you to come round to my house, RIP OUT YOUR SYSTEM, refund me the cost of it and my ‘service’ that you never gave me.
You are supposed to be First Response on monitoring, but in reality you are ‘5 dudes watching a football game and … yeah well get to you after the match’.
Don’t even dream about responding ‘sorry about how you feel’ - I had someone breaking down my door and you did NOTHING.

The font line engineers are great but the admin is terrible. This is a relatively recent issue. The directors and management don't care - may be time to find alternatives.
Update; to confirm my opinion; Banham has replies to this review with an automated random response- they DON’T CARE!
