Visit was fine, but over the years- as Banham took over a smaller family firm - it has become more financially aggressive: paying for an annual inspection in arrears has become an annual service contract to be paid in advance etc.

The Banham representative who attended my property yesterday (15 April 2025) was friendly, helpful and efficient. The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is that when I telephoned in early March to book an annual service I was told that an appointment had already been booked for 19 March 2025; nobody from Banham had contacted me about this. As this date was convenient I said that I would keep this appointment. Unfortunately, the appointment was not correctly logged on the Banham system and nobody came round on 19 March 2025. I telephoned again to query this and the person I spoke to said that their system had not logged the booking and that 15 April 2025 was the next date available.

Banham booking service - 3*. Need ability to book tighter timeslots, not just AM or PM. We all have lives too! Also, I had to chase for service, as they had not visited since 10/23 despite being on an annual maintenance contract.
