The engineers agreed to a later arrival and achieved it. All inspected with batteries changed in around 30-40 minutes.

"Dissatisfaction "

The engineer was also late to arrive but he had phoned to warn me and to check that i would still be home. I was just there as had doctors appointment.The alarm was ringing when I came home very shortly after annual service. I filled in an email you sent immediately but because I was on the phone to you I didn’t know that they had tried to send the engineer back which wouldn’t have worked as I was going out again. Then impossible to get through on phone as kept being told you were busy. Eventually got on to a tec guy who managed to isolate the problem via the phone. I then had to wait again on the phone to get a revisit

"Hopeless organisation. "

Very difficult to get through by phone, eventually when appointment was made, no one turned up. Wasted 5 hours waiting and reason given was “appointment arrangement did not get through”.

Engineers are excellent and they have to suffer customer complaints, although it is not their fault.
