For over two decades, I have been a client of BANHAM. I recently terminated my contract due to BT’s erroneous assignment of my digital voice service to my Banham monitored alarm line. Therefore, I had to temporarily suspend my Banham contract until a site survey is conducted for the installation of a digital alarm system.
Prepayment for the year’s maintenance and monitoring services had been submitted. My request for a refund, owing to the product’s non-use, was met with an extremely discourteous denial from BANHAM. Without any legitimate or valid justification!
I am deeply disturbed by their response and blatant disregard for a loyal customer who has consistently maintained timely payments and courteous behavior. I will cease all future engagement with BANHAM.

It’s honestly shocking how a company that charges so much for doors can have such nonexistent customer service. We’ve been waiting over a year for a proper follow-up. Despite multiple inspections, they have consistently failed to respond to our emails.
At this point, it’s been nothing but missed calls and ignored messages—it feels like we’re begging them to take our money. Karina, the customer service representative, might want to consider a different role if communication isn’t a priority.
I can only imagine how unresponsive the team would be if something actually went wrong!

But we were annoyed to receive more than one invoice before the servicing appointment had even been made. We had to make the annual appointment ourselves since you had not taken the initiative. It also took time and effort to contact you to protest about this. Your back-office system needs attention.
