Maintenance work thorough but no advance information over actual time of proposed arrival, and no suggestion offered over scope to switch temperamental exit door device between most used and least used doors.

A cctv system that has never really worked properly (despite 7 years of maintenance fees), intruder alarm system that needs batteries to be replaced on an annual basis and after seven years of service fees I have been advised by an engineer that I should use the app to control it remotely...but Banham never thought to offer this despite numerous complaints about false alarms.
