No fault of the lady but the siren had to be replaced after her visit.
(It was not a happy siren)

Maintenance appointment and booking them are a disaster. Emails sent confirming when no engineer arrives. Booking appointments is slow / difficult and they turn up even when cancelled. No feedback loop for issues raised. Engineers are nice enough people. Systems terrible, tough to get on the phone and some wasted days off work, waiting …
