"Complaints department unreachable after potential scam / mis-selling / fraud enquiry"

After seeing unrecognised debits from my father's account, I queried them with the complaints department listed on their website (their website/complaints-procedure/) but the email to the given address was returned as undeliverable. This leaves me with even less faith that any sale made to my father (who has dementia) was legitimate.

UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY BY WARMBOX:
The reply below is partial and potentially misleading. The "separate company" is Smaterbox Ltd, whose owner and director is the same as Warmbox Ltd's director. This can be verified online via Companies House. The Direct Debits also are taken by Warmbox Ltd.

So it is not a separate company or case of mistaken identity. These two companies are related. Indeed, in Warmbox's email reply they refer to them as a "sister company".

Same as another review WARMBOX are taking funds from my mother-in-laws bank account and she has no recollection of being contacted by them what is wrong with humans come on KARMA do your stuff
