A truly great experience in a time of need . The boiler is the heart of the home and to have it fail is terrible . I filled out the questionnaire online and a phone call shortly after to explain and confirm what package would be best for me . Soon after I got an installation date . The gas safe plumber turned up his name was Steve and he had a helper with him they got straight to work and were very efficient and respectful they have done a great job the pipe work is not only neat but good to look at you can tell that Steve the fitter takes great pride in his work . Overall I would recommend warm box to my family and friend great service from start to finish from 1st contact 🤞

I can honestly say this experience has been absolutely amazing. After hearing so many horror stories about boiler installations I was anxious. From the very beginning Glen and Nicole were so helpful, informative and knowledgeable. The installation took place with Nicole calling to ensure all was well, she also called to ensure I was happy and had no issues at the end of the process. The engineer was so good, he did not stop working until eveything was complete and all tested. I cannot thank the team enough and would recommend to my family and friends.
