I was happy with the goods I received however I had to chase up the order myself after a week, I was told that they had to wait on some grips coming in yet on the website it said they were in stock, In light of this I would be expecting at least an email saying that there will be a delay on my order yet nobody got in touch which is upsetting and when I phoned up the man who answered the phone was of little help and didn't seem to interested in what was going on with my order which again is upsetting as I have used gamola golf for years. I hope when I reuse gamola golf again in the future I won't have this happening to me again but I'm hopefully it was just a one off and if it was human error then I can accept that but would have liked and expected to be informed about the delay and slight better service when I phoned.
