How is it possible to have an international product and only supply chargers with UK 3-pin plugs? Delivery took longer than advertised and the explanation as to why they did NOT supply a Swiss or Euro plug was simply because the company is based in the UK. Which was not apparent on the German language website.
Just fully disclose it on line. Thank you

"Great on-line service"
I needed a different shaft for the wife's driver. Found one on their website. I phoned them to get additional photographs so I could make sure it was the right one. The photos were sent within a few minutes. I order the shaft on Wednesday it was delivered on Friday it was exactly as described. Faultless service, thank you.

I visited GamolaGolf at Market street in Aberdeen on Monday the 21st February
I was looking to purchase a new golf watch.
The place was very quiet and I had s wander about the shop
Not seeing what I wanted I went up to a man behind the counter who was looking and tapping on his phone
I asked if they did golf watches ?
The man looked up from his phone waved in the general direction of a glass case said “ that’s all we have “ and went back to his phone
I turned and took the 2 steps distance to the case and looked back at the man - he was still tapping on his phone. - I walked out
Extremely poor service - not interested in the customer - Will not be back

"Basic Information……."
Requested some basic information regarding the launch of the new PRO SL Carbons.
Firstly, the website was misleading with the new version headed under “January Sale” instead of “New” like other launches on site.
Secondly, the information requested was simple enough but the responses received made me feel that something wasn’t right here.
I’ve now purchased elsewhere. In my opinion this Company/Site is worth avoiding as their service just isn’t good enough!!

JUST DONT TRUST THIS SELLER. Time wasters, after purchasing a product and being faulty they mess around with you asking for pictures and descriptions, acknowledge there is a fault to then promise will get back to you and then they literally ignore you.

"Terrible service in store..."
Their shop in Aberdeen has to be the most unwelcoming place for golf equipment... Twice now I have walked out, wont be a third..! First I was dressed in motorbike leathers and was looking for a putter, not one of the assistants came forward to assist. Second time a couple of weeks later, still looking for a putter, picked up a couple and had a wee putt on the provided practise mat, went round other side of display and the assistant walked over, picked up the 2 balls I had been using and walked away..!!! I was gobsmacked..!!!! Needless to say I made a quick exit....

Excellent on all fronts! Although I initially received the wrong size golf shoes (could have been a problem at any point in the Amazon system), Steve and his team at Gamola were straight onto it - free postage label sent immediately and the correct size sent with no hassle and arrived within 48 hours. I would have no hesitation ordering from Gamola again

"Brilliant Customer Service"
I ordered a pair of competitively priced Skechers Go Golf Torque Boots from Gamola Golf earlier this month but a couple of hours later I realised I had ordered the wrong size! I phoned Gamola and spoke with Graeme at the Company who advised me that the Boots had already been despatched. However he quickly explained and arranged the return and re-order procedure which was very slick and efficient. The wrong sized Boots arrived quickly and I returned them. The replacement pair were with me 2 days later. I am delighted with the Boots and very impressed with the Company’s procedures and overall customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate in strongly recommending Gamola Golf to anyone looking for quality golfing goods. And many thanks Graeme!!!
