Très belle casquette acheté chez eux, mais arrivée tachée et je précise la tâche ne peut être nettoyé, donc forcément très déçu. Malgré les photos aucune solution n’a été trouvée avec le vendeur, sauf le retour de l’article à mes frais! Vous imaginez la perte de temps et d’argent pour une casquette à 16€. j’ai préféré en commander une autre chez un autre marchand. je ne peux recommander le vendeur.

"Buy elsewhere. From someone who cares"
Ordered a set of grips on Friday, told they would be delivered by Wednesday, no confirmation mail received. No delivery Wednesday, no delivery Thursday. Rang Gamola Golf and received a could not care less response and told that they were not dispatched till Tuesday as out of stock. No delivery Friday but arrived on Saturday. Dispatch note showed that hey were not dispatched till the Wednesday.
Looking at previous reviews I do seem to be alone in having this experience. Used to be good but have grown too big and I would not recommend using this company. There are a lot of others who care about their customers, so try them.

Rubbish sent ferrules back to replace and two weeks everytime i phone they say no access to system and the managers that have access are always out, avoid as customer service is non existant, buy elsewhere i warn you. rubbish company.

"Poor customer service.."
Poor customer service... ordered items on-line, after a week without receiving my order I phoned only to be told the delay was due to one of the items not being in stock. Agreed a replacement item then and there that was in stock and was assured the order would be sent out that day. Several days later and after several phone calls still no sign of my order...and all I get is "we can only apologies" not able to provide a tracking number, no offer to investigate. Will never use them again. Only option left now is to try and claim my money back from them!

"No communication. Would not reccommend."
I am having the same experience as Andy below. No order confirmation, no reply to emails sent from their contact form and no goods yet.
Even if they are shipped and arrive, not sending an order confirmation is the most basic of irregularities for an online retailer. There is a huge element of trust involved in paying somebody you don't know and have no knowledge of. An order confirmation is a massive part in building that trust.
My advice. Go elsewhere.
