"Terrible experience"

Terrible experience, they hounded me to pay a deposit, even though the website shows not deposit needed. The ride was schedule for 5 months in advance. I tried to pay, but the payment would not go thru. I cancelled my agreement and they took my credit card and identity and paid for another limo ride in Florida. I contacted to try to get it resolved and they denied doing anything, even when I contacted the limo in Florida and they said that this company contracted with them. Do not use them, they are not honest.

Great limo service company! Rented a limo in Los Angeles for a corporate event and also had people picked up with their airport car service at LAX. The chauffeurs were very friendly and professional and everyone I dealt with at the limousine company were very friendly as well.
