Great customer service. I actually needed to make a last minute, same day ride for a family event to a concert. The guy on the phone was nice polite and helpful. The total cost was reasonable and all inclusive even with the tip included. He explained everything to me and promptly sent me a receipt. The driver was there early but waited patiently for us. His name is Godfrey, he was friendly, courteous, and a very safe driver. He got us to the event at the Kia Forum on time despite the traffic. He was also there to pick us up when the concert ended!! Top notch service, easy to book even at the last minute and reasonably priced!!!
