Just got my order, I'm really pleased with my experience with this company!! It was my first time ordering too so I'm really impressed
I ordered it to Ireland and used the DHL express option. It took 6 days to come. I was able to track my order easily and was overall really pleased with the service.
The mini dress from the actual Peppermayo brand I got was exactly like in the picture, the size 6 fit me perfectly and I am absolutely in love with the dress. The quality is also great, I was so pleased with that. Can't wait to wear it out.
I also got a pair of Afends high waisted denim jeans from them, really happy with the fit and the quality.
The packaging was simple, in a soft bag/parcel, wrapped in a cute pink paper bag inside. The clothes were packed in plastic.
Overall I'm really pleased with peppermayo and will definitely be ordering from them again! :)

"Awful excuse of a joke"

I'm pretty sure all of these good reviews are from employees or are made internally. They are awful - they don't even respond to paypal. Bleeding thief's. Just save your time and money - they don't do size exchanges or refunds. Only a company who fears they'll get a lot of returns won't offer a refund or size exchange. That says a lot about their quality of clothes- stay away!!! They wouldn't have this problem with better quality assurance.

Ordered a dress for my year 12 formal on friday night and it was at the post office monday morning to a country town might i add! Perfect condition exactly what i wanted. Looked exactly like the picture and fit amazingly !
Would recomend to anybody !
Check the dimentions of the models body size to determine sizing and it will fit amazingly !

"ok service but awful sizing"

I know ordering online is a risk but peppermayo is one of them, ordered a playsuit in a medium was a little small but I figured I should of ordered a large. So I order a different playsuit in a large, I received the item and once I took it out I knew right away it would not fit, hoping it would be a bit stretchy I tried it on anyways, Im not sure how their tall models fit these playsuits but of course it went right into my crotch and actually fit smaller to my other medium playsuit, I even tried to gift it my friend who wears a small and it didn't even fit her! So now Im out of about $100 bucks and own two playsuits that don't fit, the icing on the cake is no refund only a store credit, but why on earth do I want a gift card to a website that doesn't even fit my body type, Im only a size 8, don't waste your time unless you fit a size 0

I recently received some clothing from PepperMayo and I am so impressed not only with the quality of the items but also with the customer service that I received. I wanted some clothes before I left on my trip to Dubai on March 8th. I live in Canada and so I was initially a little concerned about the delivery time since PepperMayo is located in Australia. I placed my order on Sunday February 28 and immediately sent a message to PepperMayo's Facebook group to inform them about the day I would be leaving. Lana replied saying she would contact customer service and have them send out my shipment immediately. And that's exactly what happened. My package was shipped out on Monday February 29th via DHL's Express International Shipping service. I received my package on Friday March 4th, 4 business days after it was shipped out. I was really happy with the customer service and prompt shipping time. The dresses I ordered all fit amazingly, they are great quality and are exactly as pictured. Will definitely be ordering more clothing from PepperMayo in the future!

"Not for tall girls"

I was really excited to receive my first peppermayo order. I am a U.S. size 6 and I'm 5'10. I was wary of buying clothes from them because I was afraid of the dresses being too short, so I ordered a size up. When they arrived, I was very disappointed by the quality of the products and and the dresses hardly covered my butt. These clothes are not made to fit any girl besides a 5'5 size zero. Sadly, they have a stupid return policy and I will now have store credit to buy more mediocre hooker dresses.

"Very dodgy"

I ordered a two piece set (top + matching shorts) which arrived with half of the decorative trim missing on the shorts. The returns policy was very complicated and took a long time to go through. Once the clothing had been received and my account credited, I ordered the same product in the same size, obviously hoping to receive a non-faulty product. However, I received the same top and faulty shorts that I had just gone to great effort to return! Peppermayo clearly do not check their products before they are sent out to the customer OR as they are being received as faulty returns. I ended up out of pocket paying for postage (twice!) on the same faulty product. Will not be shopping with them again, many similar sites selling the same or similar products which are better quality and have simpler, and even free, returns policies.
