"Scam! Shame you can’t give a company 0 stars"

Shame you can’t give a company 0 stars, because this is what they deserve. Scam! Placed an order and never received an email confirmation. Just under 3 weeks later filled out online form to ask where my items were, no reply. A few days later I received the order. A dress in completely the wrong size and very poorly made clothes. No order information in the parcel so I have no means of getting a refund. Have emailed again, no response. All they are interested in is taking your money. Will be letting friends know not to purchase from them

"Would rate 0 if I could"

Would rate 0 if I could. Ordered something over a month ago and the pre order date changed 3 times in the space I ordered it and now it just says notify. Get no updates from them accept from AI responses. Wouldn’t it be nice if they treated paying customers the same as influencer and actually sent out peoples parcels.

"AVOID "

I ordered a dress that came on the 19th March, it was faulty and the stitching was visibly off causing the dress to look different to the picture. I contact them and they said they would look into it. I waited 3 weeks to then have to email them again to ask what they could do to help me. I finally recieved an answer saying they would offer me a 50% refund, that was 12 days ago, no refund or contact since. I think they purposely do not reply fast so that any case you have with the bank or choice of payment you use will be void as it’s over 30 days. Terrible customer service just ignore you.

No response from customer service placed an order and it has been four weeks still does not show that it’s been shipped and I cannot get a hold of customer service. I’ve emailed them six times and called with no response back. Extremely unhappy do not order from this company.

"Do not order from this company!"

This company is a scam! Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered two dresses, but never received shipping information. The dresses finally arrived, but too late for the event. When trying to return, the dresses show as still processing, so I am not able to return. All emails have gone unanswered. All calls have gone unanswered. They have my $$, and I am left with two ridiculously short, ridiculously cheap looking dresses 😡

"I’m really disappointed with my…"

I’m really disappointed with my experience shopping with Peppermayo.

I ordered two dresses—one was a pre-order expected to arrive in early April, and the second arrived quickly, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the quality I was expecting. I contacted customer service to ask how long I had to return the item and was told I had 30 days from the delivery date, meaning I had until April 19th to initiate the return. I held off returning it immediately, as I was waiting on the pre-order dress and didn’t want to pay the £8 return fee twice in case I had to return both.

However, by April 15th, the pre-order still hadn’t arrived. When I checked the website, I noticed the estimated delivery had changed to early May—without any email or update from Peppermayo to inform me. I emailed customer service immediately to cancel the order, as I needed the dress for a holiday at the end of April.

On the same day, I attempted to initiate the return for the first item through their return portal but received an error message. I emailed customer support again to ask for help with the return label—no response. I continued trying each day, and by the 16th, the portal said I was no longer eligible to return the item.

I’ve now contacted customer service three times, referencing their original email confirming my return window, and included proof that the item was delivered on March 19th. Despite this, I’ve heard nothing back. I also tried calling and using their online chat with no luck.

The lack of communication, delayed delivery updates, and poor customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I won’t be ordering from Peppermayo again.
