"terrible shipping"
i ordered a dress for my formal february 28. i put quick shipping paid 108$. it never came kept pushing the pre order date early march, mid march , late march, it shipped but it was shipped to a random place. i realized they did once i checked the tracking they provided although i provided correct shipping information. i was so confused?? i have emailed them so many times and they never reply back and i keep getting ai generated replies, or our response time is currently 48 hours Dont waste your goddamned money. i thought if it doesnt come thats okay but it never came. im writing this April 15. Thats 46 days ago

I placed an order on March 19th. only 2/3 items were shipped and delivered. The 3rd item has still not been delivered. I've emailed the team multiple times with no response. There is no tracking number available for my item. Horrible service. Do not recommend.

"Big fraud be careful"
Ordered a big order. One dress damaged, one not like picture, one stained, one Ok and one never turned up (£71.00). The most horrendous customer service ever. Tried to send back the damaged one and one that wasnt like photo. Got an automated response saying they will send a return slip, never came. Then got a telephone call saying they will refund and compensate. Download a form and then give them a code. Next thing is £200.00 vanished from my account! Spoke to bank and it is one big fraud. Peppermayo must share details as the person knew what and how much I was returniing. Please dont get involved with this business. Bank and Fraud are onto this.

"awful customer service"
Ordered a few dresses on pre-order, hasn’t arrived at time stated and has been pushed back 2 months so cancelled order, only refunded me for a few of the dresses and left one of them out even though not received and now showing sold out on website! Tried contacting customer service MULTIPLE times and even opened PayPal case and no response given. Awful customer service won’t use again, which is a shame because some of the items look so lovely.

Poor customer service – no return label received
I’ve emailed Peppermayo’s customer service three times requesting my return label, but I haven’t received any response at all. I also tried contacting them via Instagram DM – still nothing. Meanwhile, my return window is closing. Really disappointing that a brand with such a polished image is completely unreachable when there’s an issue. Hopefully they finally respond here.

"Customer Service does not reply & items not been shipped within promised time."
Placed an order at the end of March for a pre order item due to dispatch at the beginning of April. For context this is the 8th version of this same dress i have ordered as it is for my bridesmaids for my wedding at the beginning of April, as the pre order stated shipping beginning of April this last dress should have arrived in time without much issue. However 2+ weeks pass and it still has not been dispatched, i have reached out to customer service over email 5 times over 1 week and no response to any emails, i have tried calling the customer service line many times and no one picks up (called at 9am, 1pm, 3pm all within working hours) when out of hours it has an out of date automated message saying they will be back open in the New year (jan 2nd?).
At this point i have 7 out of 8 of my dresses and it is not possible to alternate to something else, i need this dress and it should have already been dispatched, not only is it late being shipped but there is literally no way to get in contact with anyone to help, no one replies at all.

A dress i ordered was meant to arrive within 3-6 days, i had heard nothing since the order confirmation, and it had been 7/8 days. I sent 2 emails, a message on instagram and tried to call 5 times (which would go pass a few rings before ending). So i decided to cancel my order, and order new dresses from somewhere else. The morning after i cancelled my order i get a email telling me the order has just gone out for transit.

10 days until refund notification of a dress. Only other item is a bracelet. I am not paying 180dkr in shipping for a 40dkr bracelet 😡😡😡
