If I could put zero stars I would, I placed an order 8 March 2025 and still have not received my order, I have sent multiple emails and have not received a response. For three items it cost £150. Please do not purchase from this company, it is a scam.

What a shame none of us had read the reviews about this company I ordered a dress for a specific event and they advertised a 3 day delivery window the dress arrived after 14 days but too late for the event ( the dress was cheap rubbish by the way) I sent the return and got a refund ( unbelievably ) but minus the £8 I feel so strongly about the unfairness of this company I’m considering small claims court !!!! Total scam

Jeg bestilte en kjole for sådan omkring 2 uger siden, og har ikke hørt andet end en bekræftelseskode. Jeg skriver jo selvfølgelig til deres email, men det fortæller mig de har for "travlt" at svare??? Jeg har hverken fået kjolen endnu, og jeg har spurgt og forlangt mine penge tilbage, men lige pludselig stopper de med at svare.

"This is the worst company I’ve ever known"
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
First, they exceeded the maximum delivery time — and since I was moving home for Easter (broke student here), I was no longer going to be at the delivery address after the stated delivery date. That meant I wouldn’t be able to receive the package (although it still hasn’t even been shipped!). I sent multiple emails trying to sort it out but got no response. After seriously digging through their website, I eventually found a form to update the delivery address, filled it out — and, of course, never received any confirmation.
More time passed, still with no updates. I emailed again. No reply. I followed up a second time. Still nothing. It’s now been 14 days, the dress has not arrived (or even shipped according to shop), and customer service has been completely unresponsive.
The experience has been so bad, I’m honestly questioning whether this is a legitimate company. I know they have good reviews, but based on my experience, I’d strongly recommend avoiding them. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

"Scam, don’t waste your time or money"
Pathetic customer service, Peppermayo couldn’t care less about their customers, don’t respond to emails and don’t ship orders. Do not waste your time and money on this scam of a company. I have lost hundreds of $ on items I ordered weeks ago and Peppermayo can’t even be bothered to respond to my emails. Worst experience, first and last time I will ever shop with Peppermayo!

"BAD!!!"
The custom service is terrible. I couldn't call them, it wouldn't get thorugh. Even if I called in their opening hours. My dress didn't even look like the pictures. The dress was in cheap material and it had a big hole in the middle. Im not going to send it back because the rumors said that I wouldn't get the money back. Don't shop here, don't let the pictures fool you!!!!

I have not received my order despite the standard shipping being 2-6 business days, still not received it and there has been no update or response to my email, it was my first purchase and never again will I be ordering. Please save yourself and do no order from this company!

"Order Not Shipped Over 1 Month, Ignored by Customer Service"
My order was supposed to ship in early March. It’s 11 April today and the order has still not shipped.
I wrote multiple emails to which I received an auto-generated response saying “We are please to confirm that your enquiry has been successfully received by our Customer Service team. Due to a high volume of enquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.”
I have still not received any response, even though the first email I sent was in late March.
If the order takes multiple months to ship, please reflect that before someone makes a purchase rather than advertising 5 day delivery.
0/10 for Customer Service.
Additionally, they only seem to respond to influencers who publicly talk about the issues with their orders online.

I wish I had read the reviews! My package was lost on the delivery and they need to refund me. But they dont answer emails. Its been weeks since I claimed it missing and nothing!! What do I do?!
