"Customer service is horrible"

Customer service is horrible.
Reached out on instagram, phone call, email and submitted a form and no reply.
I ordered two dresses one on pre order that was meant to be here at the beginning of the month and no sign of it being sent out and no reply to my enquiry about this.
The second dress I received and I had to return due to size. Then I ordered two dresses as replacement and was charged for the difference between that and dresses I returned. I returned the dress as requested and it has been weeks and no sign of acceptance of the return and no confirmation of confirming the new dresses being sent. So I have been scammed.
My graduation is in a week and I have been left with no dress due to it.
When I ring the line does not go through or I just get sent to voicemail and no return of voicemail.
Email I have sent multiple and with no reply after weeks.
Instagram message has just been ignored.
Still holding hope but don’t think I will be getting my order before my graduation.

"Untimely & unresponsive"

AWFUL customer service. Ordered 4 dresses, all in stock, with express delivery estimated 1-4 days. It took a week for HALF of the order to ship. I emailed multiple times asking to cancel the other half since there was no chance of them arriving in time. No response to any of them. 2 full weeks later, they shipped the other half of the order. Now I have to go and return all of them.

"Absolute scam! "

I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago on pre-order, and it said it’d be ready to ship early April. The item has now been back in stock for a week, yet there is no sign of my order being shipped and I have heard nothing from the company. I have tried emailing multiple times, to which they always respond that their customer service team will get back to me in 48 hours which they never do. I just want my order or my money back, this is an absolute scam do not order from here!

"Ordered 30th March"

Ordered 30th March, Now 14th April. Item on website says in stock. My order is stuck on Processing. It has not progressed. No response to my email or message through Facebook. I now see plenty of bad reviews and wish I had paid more attention to my research before purchasing. How can this behavior from Peppermayo, which is owned by Georgia Wright and Huayi Huang, who are the founders and managing directors of the company.

Shockingly bad costumer service didn’t respond to updates on items in an order waited for almost 3 months for the order and only got it shipped out when I said I wanted a refund. Still awaiting on a response from them.

"Awful experience"

Awful experience. Essentially, I spent $21.50 for my daughter to try on a dress and return it. They charged $8 to ship it, and then $13.50 to return it. My daughter read that the dress ran small, but it did not for her. Plus, it was horrible quality for $75. The material is awful, and threads were sticking out everywhere. I would stay far away. Also, this company does not respond to email inquiries.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend shopping here.
I ordered a dress and paid extra for express delivery (4–5 days), but after 25 days I still haven’t received any information about whether the item has been shipped. I have tried contacting the company by phone and email, but either received no response or only vague replies.
The experience has felt very unprofessional, and I feel poorly treated as a customer – therefore, I would advise others against shopping here.
