Order unfulfilled after five weeks - phone lines down, emailed four times with no response. Theft :(

I requested a return label an no one has got back to me after several emails and live chats! My first email was on 1st March 2025 and I still haven’t heard back from them (18th April).I have now lost over £70 because this company be bothered to reply and help their customers. I will never be buying from here again and this is such as shame due to the lovely dresses.

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered a dress and got confirmation of my order but that’s it. Several emails and a month later STILL NO DRESS NOR RESPONSE to my emails!!! Do not buy from this company!!!

I really wish I would have read all of these reviews before ordering because I am just another victim of Peppermayo. I SO wanted to love them. It's been 12 days since my order and it is still unfulfilled. I have emailed, reached out through socials, and even tried calling to only receive nothing but crickets back. Terrible customer service! So dissapointed. I really wanted to like them...

"Stay away!"

I ordered a dress, they confirmed my order but that was where it stopped. Didn’t hear from them in days and contacted them, where they said they would get back to me in 1-3 days. They never wrote back and I have written multiple times since. All in all payed and got nothing and heard nothing. Would never ever recommend this, keep you’re money safe!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are SCAMMERS. I ordered 2 dresses, both of which were ridiculously small. I made a request for an exchange and received an email telling me to await further instructions. I have received nothing else and this was over a month ago- I have emailed multiple times. I will take them to the small claims court. The whole thing has just been an absolute joke.

I would give a 0 if possible. Order placed with plenty of time to receive before event. All items in stock at time of order placement. Two items from order sent separately (delivered after 2 weeks) leaving one remaining unshipped. As I knew this wouldn’t arrive in time, I emailed requesting to cancel this garment having seen online that it was now on preorder and knowing shipping would be too long. I have now sent 3 emails and not a single one has been replied to. Instead, Peppermayo have chosen to ship the ‘preorder’ dress totally disregarding my request to cancel.

I will never shop here again and warn others not to either. Garments received are not worth the price tag being of poor quality material and not a good fit.

The 50% sale on sale was a scam from the beginning. They cancelled 90% of my order & till now I haven’t received the remaining items of the order. Some items that they cancelled from my order are still showing that they are in stock online! Which is very frustrating as other customers may end up in the same predicament. Needed the clothes for a holiday but unfortunately didn’t arrive in time.
As a company they just need to improve on their knowledge of products stock and customer service response time

I would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered 2 sizes of a dress on preorder - expected date changed by over a month but I was never informed. Date keeps pushing but with no communication. I've tried contacting and was met with AI, when asked to speak to a rep it's went radio silent. Have emailed multiple times, contacted on socials etc and have had no help. Just want to cancel the preorder and never shop with them again! Going by these reviews and the comment sections of their social media I would avoid at all costs.
