"AWFUL Customer Service "
I placed an order for 2 items. One dress was in stock, the other was pre-order. I received the first dress no problem, the second showed up at the end of the month like they stated, however it never started tracking. I need to return both dresses as they are too big for me but because the dress isn't tracking and does not say delivered, I cant complete my return request. I have reached out many times to have them change the status so I can make my return but I have never gotten an answer. I have tried calling and only get voicemail, no response to reporting an issue on my order, emailing and their "live chat" button they reference on the website seems to have disappeared. I spent $200 and can't get half of that back because they won't respond.

"Do not order!!!"
Had previously ordered from Peppermayo with no issue, but they have not fulfilled my most recent order and have not responded to my emails regarding this. This seems to be a common theme with customers, all over their TikTok and Instagram you can see the amount of people who have had this issue

It is now 3 weeks since I purchased my order and even with the shipping saying it will take 5-6 days it has now been triple that and I have sent multiple emails all with the same ai generated reply. Why don’t you stop sending influencers to coachella and buy an ACTUAL customer service team who give answers to people worries and issues with order because this is ridiculous!

"Awful return process"
Received items on time but when I sent back items that did not work it was a horrible experience to receive credit for my returned items. Customer service is astounding and I can’t get through to a live person after leaving numerous voicemails. I am having American Express get involved and mediate through this. It has taken 1 month and still no credit to my original payment. Awful company to do business with. In fact the clothes is made from a cheap material as well so it is at your best interest to shop around. It is definitely not worth the price! Buy from somewhere else, especially a store that you can return in store and receive immediate credit.

Ordered 2 dresses from this site. Only one arrived and was such bad quality and cheap looking. The second dress has still not arrived when I ordered it 1 month ago. They have ignored every single email I have sent them for the last 3 weeks. Horrendous company to deal with. Do not order from them

This company is shocking considering the amount of money each item costs!! Stop focusing on sending influencers out to coachella and actually hire a better customer service team. I could have flew out to Australia myself and sorted out my issue quicker than this company replying to my email. Also stop saying you can pre-order something for a certain month and then changing it without letting your customers know? Surely that’s common sense?

Awful. Ordered a dress and paid for standard delivery. It stated it would take 6-10 days for delivery. After 10 days and no update on my order, I reached out and contacted them which took more effort then it should’ve, I was told that it was a ‘pre order’ item which it absolutely was not at the time I bought it.

"Worst online shopping experience - no customer service!"
Item arrived RIPPED. I requested a return and no return instructions were given. I've tried to contact customer services multiple times and heard NOTHING. Absolute disaster and waste of money. Do not purchase from this site. You will be totally ignored if you have any issues.

"Don’t waste your money "
This is quite possible the worst store I have ever bought from. I mad an order in early March for two dresses, kept one and exchanged the other, the dress I exchanged it for was pre-ordered and meant to be shipped at the end of March. Little did I know that this had been changed and it wouldn’t arrive until May. I did not receive any notification or emails. So I emailed them and requested a refund, to my surprise I got refunded the wrong amount (too little) so send off another email. Yet to be responded to. Not impressed at all I wouldn’t waste your money here unless you order months in advance or don’t bother returning anything
