Order never delivered, zero customer service — avoid this brand!

I ordered a dress for a wedding on March 29, paid €102 in total, including €18 for express DHL shipping, with a delivery promise of 2 to 4 days. It’s now April 10, and I still have no news. I checked a DHL tracking tool and found out the parcel is still sitting at the warehouse — it hasn’t even been shipped.

Since then, I’ve been sending dozens of emails every week: no human response, only automated messages. I’ve requested a refund and cancellation, but I’m being completely ignored.

It’s unacceptable. This was a dress for an important event, my money is gone, and the customer service is nonexistent.
Never order from them. Avoid this brand at all costs.

Everything in my order was stunning! It delivered within a week of ordering it (I live in GTA Canada) and I love everything so much.
I had a small issue with my second order but I just dmd them on Instagram and they replied the same day and helped me out ! I donr get the hate they get, I love peppermayo

"Item arrived late, promised but never sent return label"

Issued RMA (RMA 6532417) for returned item that arrived late, then never issued a return label, despite MULTIPLE requests. Their email replies with a chatbot, no one ever follows up to resolve the issue. Their US phone line has a voicemail that fills up quickly and cuts off after it's full.

They are running some kind of scam. You can report them to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. It won't solve your problem but maybe their practices will be investigated/prosecuted as a result.

I brought a 100% cotton dress (according to website) but when it came it was polyester and such shit quality 💀 had to pay my own money to ship it back for a refund when it’s their fault. I called them to let them know that they listed it incorrectly and they still haven’t changed it. Don’t buy from them, there are other much better shops. They steal designs too

Ordered a dress at the start of March and delivery stated to be 2-4 days.

It has now been over a month and I can confirm nothing was received. I tried to contact the company and received no response while I repeatedly got marketing emails from them.

I paid £75 for a simple dress and this company’s customer service is appalling. A lot of people that may have received their orders state that the quality is the same as Shein.

As the item was not delivered to me and I couldn’t even track it or get in contact, I claimed my money back through my Bank. Please dispute your orders if not received as your bank will refund you the money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! It's a total SCAM! I am needing to return my items and requested a shipping label 3 weeks ago. I also sent and a couple requests and was completely ignored. I am just going to keep the items and donate. I do a lot of online shopping and have NEVER come across customer service this bad.

First of all, the quality is terrible. It's worse than shein. The customer service is one of the worst i've ever spoken to. I had a dress never turn up, i've emailed, sent DM's on insta and tiktok and I'm being ignored. Cute designs but will never purchase again - still haven't gotten my refund for something ordered in the beginning of march. SCAM

I bought two dresses, and the track & trace stated it arrived (after 20 days), but was never delivered to my home. So now, I paid for nothing, and the customer service does not respond. I have sent 2 emails, and their AI chatbot is not working ever (even though the website states the opening hours).

Peppermayo customer service replied to me every-time I had a query when they could (within their working hrs)

I placed my order on 15th March, I received 1 part of my package on the 30th March & my second part on 9th April (due to it being a pre order item)

I ordered the yellow peony skirt and top for a wedding & it’s nothing short of stunning.

Will be ordering again x

HORRENDOUS DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The dress arrived and the quality is absolutely TERRIBLE seems inside out, threads coming off, cheap material. Want tk return it and they’re now ignoring me and won’t process me a returns label!! Honestly horrendous do not buy!!!
