Is there an option to give zero stars? Because Peppermayo deserves 0.
I wish I’d read the reviews before shopping with this ridiculous company.
My item was faulty when received, I messaged straight away, it’s been over a week, no reply and I’m about to fly out of the country.
The skirt was expensive and now I’m left with a faulty item and no assistance.
Will never shop again. Hopeless!

2 weeks and no update or communication regarding my order , I have emailed and dmd the company and they’re just ignoring it. Do not shop here

I ordered two items (dress and top) in February and still haven’t received my items. I have emailed them 10 times and no response - they are deleting messages on Instagram and taking no accountability for the fact customers have paid hundreds and have not received their orders. Not sure what else I can do at this point.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order! Now I don’t think it’s ever going to arrive, and I’ve spent NZD$140 on a dress for a scam website. I have reported this to the NZ Commerce Commission and I encourage others to do the same.

Ordered a dress and it has come damaged, customer service won’t respond to me to resolve or give me a refund for the postage I paid for the item, I won’t return cause I’m scared I won’t even get a refund for returns and paying more in postage to return anyway!
They delete comments I put on social media calling them out, got more time to do that than respond to emails!

Have ordered from the site a few times since last year including the past week, and never had a problem! My packages have always arrived within a week despite being big orders. The quality of some items could be a bit better but I dont mind if I’m paying sale prices. Dont be put off by recent reviews because the pieces are sooo cute!

absolutely awful i ordered a dress for my birthday, beginning of march. it’s STILL not here. after paying £70+ for a mini dress i would’ve expected better tbh. ordered a top a bit before as well which came (after almost a month) but the quality is AWFUL literally polyester, idk how im gonna survive in a hot country with polyester ima be sweating so bad. i ordered one from shein as comparison and it’s the EXACT SAME. istg they make it in the same factory. don’t buy save ur money and get it from shein

"I spent over £500 on this website…"

I spent over £500 on this website ordering 8 dresses. I was aware I was pre ordering 5 of them items with an estimated shipping time of late March. ( I placed this order at the end of February) the first 2 dresses that weren’t on pre ordering were shipped and delivered within a week. The quality is okay and over all happy with the dresses. I then had to wait over a month with no reply and my dresses hasn’t been shipped. It got to the 3rd of April with no reply and I update from this company, when they said that my dresses would be shipped at the end of March. I requested to cancel my order as the dresses then wouldn’t arrive before my holiday and my request was approved and refunded within 2 days. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this brand if you want to wait months for your pre ordered items.
