"ORDERED 10 DAYS AGO AND NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL"

It's been 10 days since I placed my order and the order hasn't even been confirmed. When I try to put in a help request, all that pops up is there is delay wait another day for the tracking code but like it's not even confirmed???? i ordered one other time last year and it came within a week so i'm so confused. delivery to the US says it should take 2-6 days to ship IT HAS BEEN 10 DAYS AND I HAVE NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL. i'm sure everyone there knows atp and doesn't care. would NOT recommend ordering for the next like 4 months bc i've seen people who haven't gotten their order since JANUARY. BOOOOO PEPPERMAYO

Ordered three dresses, received 2. They have not refunded or told me if I will receive the 3rd one. This was over a month ago. I have written several emails and only receive an automated response.

Ordered a dress 6 weeks ago for my daughter’s 18th. Dress never turned up and the AI email response means you can’t get through to anyone and they WON’T refund my £85. Terrible co. DO NOT buy from them.

Actually the worst brand I have ever bought from. I spent 200 dollars. I have received one top. It has been 15 days since I put my order in and nothing has been shipped. What’s worse is there is absolutely 0 communication on their end or any way in that matter to get in contact with them. I have emailed, called, dm, and emailed the head of e-commerce through LinkedIn and an email finding website. Literal crickets. I just want my money back.

Biggest scam out there. While everyone is waiting for their orders some people for months. They are happily posting tik toks with influencers at Coachella in their clothes. Put your money somewhere else they don’t care about their customers.

I ordered on 04/04/2025, its now the 17th and the only thing ive had is the email confirmation when i ordered, no shipment email or tracking, ive tried to email but no response

Severely difficult to track, and I've emailed multiple times with no response. Customer service number doesnt work, and Instagram messages advise you to email - which they don't reply to.

It's a scam - much better websites. Do not order.

"Fraud! The worst customer service ever "

I don’t think I have ever come across such bad customer service. I have been trying to send a return for nearly 2 months. Sent a return request through the portal and never received an email after that with instructions on how to return. So I emailed asking how to do this, they said they have a problem with my address and can I provide an alternative address. I provided this and they never replied, this process has happened 3 times now where they reply to my initial email then ask for an alternative address and never reply. I have now had to put a claim in through with my bank

"Never dispatched and company says it’s not them to blame"

My item was never dispatched from the warehouse and pepermayo are saying that it’s not their fault as they’ve fulfilled their side of the order as the dress has been posted! The dress hasn’t been posted and is still saying ready to post, hasn’t moved in two weeks. The team are saying that there is nothing they can do and said they don’t offer refunds as it’s not their fault!!! The dresses haven’t been posted!!!! HUGE HUGE SCAM, don’t trust this company, will need to try and go through my bank!
