Great customer service and fast delivery.
DHL damaged one of the crates during delivery and the customer service at Plastor was EXCELLENT in resolving this.

Purchased 5 x 80ltr storage containers and the delivery and service from the company was excellent and the product supplied was also exceptional would highly recommend this company for your requirements for storage containers.

I purchased 3 of their euro containers last year. One of the hinges broke and after a few emails they sent out a replacement part free of charge!

Excellent customer service received as was expecting to have to buy a whole new lid.

I have only given Plastor 1 star because it is not possible to give a zero rating.

Other customer reviews state that the Plastor website is an utter con and that their prices are very low but they do not mention the delivery charges and the reason is that these charges are inflated to make huge profits.

I can confirm that this is the case because I placed an order for 1 x RUB21XL box priced at £14-65 and two days later I received a delivery quote by email of £17-50 + VAT my email to them below states how I feel about this company taking advantage of it's customers (Please see below).

I have since purchased exactly the same item at a similar price from ebay with a delivery charge of only £9-99 with the complete cost to me of £23-74 including VAT and not in excess of £32 + VAT if I had been foolish enough to buy from Plastor.

Dear Mr Bulman,

Thank you for your email below together with the excessively priced quote for delivery at £17-50 which would make the total price of this item in excess of £32+VAT for an item worth only £14-65.

I noticed on Trust pilot that other customers also complained about the excessive delivery charges made by Plastor and the only conclusion that I can make is that you do not really want private customers as your business is geared up for corporate customers buying goods on pallets.

Given the circumstances perhaps it would be better if you mentioned on your website that you are trade only instead of wasting customers time making enquiries.

Please cancel this order with immediate effect and kindly comply with this formal request for you to completely remove all of my personal details from your system, I would appreciate confirmation that you have removed my details after which I want no further contact with this company.
