Our order arrived very quickly and was exactly as we expected from Plastor as we have bought from them before. Good quality, solid trays with speedy delivery, excellent.

There was lots of confusion and changes to my order as a couple of items were out of stock and I changed my mind on what I was going to do, but the staff were brilliant and chopped and changed the order for me, by phone and email until I was completely happy. The items arrived this morning and are all perfect.

Brilliant company with great products and services - Customer service was excellent, goods delivered on time and at a fair price.

"Excessive delivery costs not known till order placed"

There is a slight negative aspect when ordering from this company as they don’t state the delivery prices up front. You have to place an order first and they will contact you to advise the costs. I purchased a number of plastic boxes and I found the delivery price at £17.00 to be a little on the steep side.

I am happy with the goods and services and to be fair they are competitively priced even with the delivery cost added

Plaster advertised a wheelie bin for £25 plus vat.
Most competitors want around £50 inclusive.
I had to give all my personal details and place the order and still couldn’t get delivery charges.next day I was told it’s £25 plus vat.
So total is £60.
What a sham to attract customers.
