30 years of racing and riding. I've trusted Colorado Cyclist for years. Ordered parts on the 24th. Paid an expedite fee of 25 dollars. Parts just shipped from " Planet Cyclery" at 5 PM on the 27th!. Colorado Cyclist used to be professional. What happened to you!?!?!?

I ordeedr from colorado Cycleist, 4 items, two ended not fitting my brakes the pads where to large. the order process was fine. The return process is not good at all. the website says this,

I have emailed 3 times and I have not gotten a response.

the freehub on my campy SHAMAL WHEEL self destructed, and i saw a freehub machined from TI, i didn't jump,------ i LEAPT, AT IT and for joy, this will never ever, ever, ever happen again. JH

"False advertisement of helmet"

The helmet I bought was advertised as Lazer G1 MIPS Helmet SM Light Blue Sunset. However, when I received it, the box said Lazer Sphere MIPS, which is different than the G1 version. Customer service gave me a refund but did not send me the correct helmet. Therefore, I believe that the helmet was falsely advertised.
