I bought a NordicTrack S20i treadmill, it was an ex-display and I saved several hundred pounds on the list price. It arrived when they said it would, fully assembled which saved hubby a job and looks brand new. Delighted with it - just need to use it now so it won't become a clothes hanger!!
I dealt with Nigel and a lady in the office, both extremely helpful.
Just looking out for a multi gym from them now...

Absolutely shocking approach to customer service, treadmill has been purchased with next delivery option, however was delivered day after that, restylefitness trying to argue and do not want to refund one day delivery charges.

When I tried to cancelled delivery I have been threaten, that additional charges will be apply and deducted from my refund.

Amazing company. I purchased a Nordic track rower from them and it came fully built and like brand new despite the fact it was supposed to be a returned item and was less than half the price of a new machine.

The customer service is the best I have ever received. I had a query about how to make an adjustment to the rower to suit my preferences and their engineer went to the effort of opening up a machine in their store so that he could send me a video on exactly how to do it. He even offered to send me the tools! So impressed and can’t speak highly enough of this company and their staff. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I bought a treadmill from restyle and there was a problem so they sent up here to Edinburgh a replacement which I swear is brand new .Delighted with the help from Lee and Nigel and also that nice wee lassie in the office!!! Will certainly use your services in the future. Good luck

I bought the Nordictrack X22i treadmill from Restyle. It is listed under manufacturer return but I tell you it is absolutely brand new. I wouldn't buy a brand new one because you need to set it up and that cost a lot of time and effort... this is not an ordinary machine this is a beast!!
Also I saved £1300. This a huge amount of money. Thank you Restyle.
Only 2 days after placing my order I got my machine. This is superfast.
I WhatsApped them regarding an issue and they replied within 5 minutes. Again this is superfast.
Not only that I had a WhatsApp chat with Mr Lee who made me feel like I am dealing with a family member not a business company! hence the title of this review
Considering I'm a gym person therefore I'm experienced in the quality. This machine is so fantastic and has the commercial qualities.

I was a bit sceptical at first ordering from the site so I phoned up and the nice gentlemen called Nigel spoke to me very politely and then I placed my first order for a fution cts mutigym it arrived 3 days later and was fully built and got delivered on a pallet was half the price and not a scratch on it was like brand new so I bought 2 running machines agian and they came 2 days later they were fully built and were like brand new now I'm on my 8th order and all my family and friends have seen my items in my home gym and told me to get them some equipment now im left with a big list of items everyone wants

Purchased a manufacturer returned exercise bike from this company at a much reduced cost compared to buying new. It arrived well packed and in excellent condition. I paid for next day delivery and it was with me before 10am next day! Great service!
