Bought from a few time. Can't fault them at all good price service super fast delivery and fantastic after care. Talked me through set up over the phone as I'm not very technical. They definitely have great patience!!

I was a little nervous about buying open box or warranty returns - but a talk over email and WhatsApp calmed my nerves. I ordered two machines and they turned up within 3 days perfectly packed and put together already.

After a week - one machine developed a creak. I wasn’t worried - Restyle had provided a warranty and sent a replacement part (a seat post) out the same day. It fixed the problem perfectly.

I bought a spin bike that was either a return or ex-display. Arrived way quicker than they said! Service was impeccable! I wasn’t certain as some reviews are good and bad but took the risk... well, service was excellent! Courier called within a day for a date to deliver and they delivered as they said they would. Bike already made and put together! Works perfectly! Absolutely no complaints! Highly recommend! Got £900 off the price of what the bike should have been. I am so pleased with it! "Refurbished Nordictrack 2950…"

I bought a refurbished Nordictrack 2950 from restylefitness.co.uk for less than 50% of the retail price. The delivery was in 2 days after the order which was great. I did have a couple of issues with the treadmill that restylefitness bent over backwards in getting fixed and very quickly during lockdown too! I am now the proud owner of a great all singing all dancing treadmill.

If you want a great bit of equipment at a great price these are your people.

"Online Robbery"

Web ordering was easy and simple, pricing all seems ok for ‘display’ equipment and they are really good at taking your money before products are even dispatched. Watch out for total misuse of the terms and conditions and for terrible customer service thereafter! A £99 machine that they refused to deliver cost £60 to put back in stock. We have lived in our property for over 6 years and had a running machine, ride on lawn mower, a full kitchen, sofas and many white goods delivered with no issue, yet these clowns could not deliver a small vibration plate. Well done on the worst online experience I have ever experienced, you have put me off ordering from small independents, i will stick to proper retailers who know what they are doing.

CONGRATULATIONS on the worst customer service EVER (even beating British Telecom!) and on motivating me to write a review of a consumer experience to help save any others even considering using this SHAM of an outfit.
