I was fairly happy with the dual price when I joined which was £55 per month. After around 6 months I decided to have a woodburner inststalled to save more as my only source for heating was electric. I notified them twice to enquire about my payments being reduced, but I was ignored twice. I have now been told that my payments are to rise to £81. This cannot be right as I live in a small 1 bedroom open plan property and hardly use any electric or gas. My water is heated by gas, I am really unhappy, but am hoping to be moving soon and I have given up trying to speak anyone about this.
