Not even worth 1 star I have been over paying with the wrong company for months , I have just managed to get a 12 month fixed rate £70 a month cheaper and that’s without the future 2 price rises , who do LMB actually work for I have a feeling it is the companies and not us , I am cross with myself for not checking it out earlier . Thanks for nothing LMB !

To quote the email that accompanied our energy supplier switch, “From here on in, you don't need to lift a finger. With our service, you save money automatically.”
Well, what actually happened was that they set up a new energy supplier and the necessary direct debit, but didn’t ensure the old one was stopped. £2300 later and with the old supplier out of business, I’m wondering how we might retrieve our money…
