My daughter i recommended look after my bills they did that she's in debt of £1000 changed her supplier she is paying two racked up a debt. I've emailed and they don't reply will not recommended again. What's your bet they don't reply

LAMB switched me with no notification whatsoever to a tariff that at the time would have cost an extra £300per annum.
Following this I no longer trusted this organisation to act in my best interest so asked 3 times by Email for them to close my account and remove all my details Including financial from their data base.
Over the intervening g period this they have failed to do so I finally had to resort to the information commissioner for assistance.I have just had a reply from the Commissioner and LAMB have been given 28 days to comply.
In short if you want a company to act in your best interest then my advice is to avoid this one at all costs

I signed up with LAMB and they switched me onto People's Energy, and after a year onto Utility Point. All emails from both LAMB and Utility Point said the transfer was being handled. This was Jan 2021. Today I had a letter from a credit agency saying I owe £122, with 7 days to pay. Thanks a bunch. Only getting automatically generated answers.

I went with look after my bills last year, they put me with peoples energy. I am in credit with peoples energy. Now they have gone bust.
Where’s my credit?
And why are they still taking direct debits from my account?
They only contacted me to say they have ceased trading after I had stopped my direct debit.
DO NOT GO WITH THESE.
Why are the reviews so positive when all the reviews I see are negative reviews???

Signed up to this company hoping they would do what they say and look after my bills LMAO what a joke. They put me with Peoples energy which went out of business. They then said they couldnt place me with anyone else because of energy cost. I then got a message from British Gas saying they was taking over Peoples energy. Im now fighting it out with peoples energy and British gas over who i pay and how much. Basically LAMB washed their hands with me. Avoid and take the time to do it yourself, may take you time but will save you hundreds.

Don't even think going with them they're such froud I was paying £90 for my gas and electricity and when it ends I want to them and they also found me a deal which cost 90 pounds so I was OK with it 3 months later they bill went 90 to £115 they say u was to much electricity and gas, than months later they starting charging me 150 and before my contract finish I told them that I don't want to renew they said OK and than they automatically transfer me to brtish gas and withing 2 months they were also charging me £150 and after 3 months they send £250 bill extra that I have to pay and than the brtish gas transfer me to scottish gas and now they want to £250 and still charging me £150 so stay away from this company.

I've been using this Company for a few years until I received a bill from Resolver asking me to pay £52.89 ...£30 of this was as an early exit fee ( LAMBS were in charge of my account ) I've sent a Cancellation letter & included the demand letter but I just had a reply to say "Thank you we have cancelled your account" I need the payment paying back to me please !!!
PS YOU SWITCHED ME AND YOU SHOULD REIMBURSE ME !!!

I have asked them to remove my data completely from there systems but the insist on sending my junk. They have my details incorrect too. Do not thrust this company with any of your data as they misuse it to your misfortune
