"LAMB need to recommend companies that are reliable"
Not only have LAMB shut shop, they have cost me money even before the energy crisis meant I was compulsorily transferred from Green to Shell. Despite submitting regular readings, Green disregarded them and used estimated readings, amounting to a huge discrepancy that's going to cost me around £250! LAMB need to recommend companies that are reliable as well as cost-saving.

I have been switched to Shell after Green have gone under. Despite being assured by LAMB that they will be managing the process, my Shell DD has NOT been set up and I've just had another DD payment to Green leave my bank account. This payment has NOT transferred to my Shell balance. No comms from LAMB at all. Shameful!

Abandoned at the time I needed them the most. With lots of energy companies going to the wall - I'd expected at least an email from these guys.

I decided to use after my bill after Jenny Campbell made a deal with them and K thought the idea was clever.
However they switched me to Green energy which went busted in early summer and now I am with Shell energy , which has nothing green and charged me 216£ for 1 month!!
I also ended up paying green 71£ , as look after my bills told me not to cancel the direct debit . So in total , for 1 month I paid 287£ . I live in a 1 bedroom flat. This is only their fault and I am paying for this incompetence . I am so angry and disgusted
Reply to your comment: no one from LAMB contacted me , so that’s a lie . The only person who contacted me was someone from Shell demanding the money!!

Hi I have been advised that my energy company has gone bust and guess what I have a new company who I had the worse experience they did not only over charge me they failed to repay back the money I had the financial ombudsman involved and that was the only time they settled my account. I’m really annoyed they are my suppliers and I want nothing to do with them please advise

Having read the reviews and LAMB responses it is obvious that LAMB have no understanding of communication. No response addressed the problem but reiterated their unconcern. They have obviously been mentored by politicians.
Having previously had monthly communications from them, they have now gone into hibernation. I can only presume no supplier is offering them commission.

I'm glad to read in responses to reviews below that you've suspended your energy switching service, because all that you've provided over the last year or so is switching endlessly between energy companies, whereby I've had to provide numerous meter readings, apparently been switched to lower tarfiffs. but quite honestly I've still ended up in debit and had to pay extra at the end of the year.
Now you've switched me from Green to Shell Energy and despite the apparent switch which I was informed by you would be "seamless", I'm now left having to set up my own direct debit and providing yet again new meter reading to Shell.. whose website has been down for the last 24 hours...
No idea whether I am in credit or debit with Green, and now they have gone bust..
Laughable to receive a generic email tonight after my cancellation request, saying you've even suspended your customer support services alongside your (constant) switching service.
Hoping to provide the great service I desire? Nowhere near.. Sham company.

"Dreadful"
Dreadful. They messed up my energy switch leaving me paying two suppliers and then didn't have the ability to resolve it for me. I then had to do months of back and forth contacting the 2 suppliers myself to resolve the issue, all the while hundreds of pounds out of pocket. Honestly one of the worst customer experiences I've had. Avoid at all costs.

Must admit that thay did fail to look after my bills as electricity company went bust but thay never switched me thay said hang on in their when company told me to switch verry disappointed in look after my bills
