Your professional and sympathetic team made making prior arrangements of the music and images for the service a comfortable experience. The same applied to providing the video recording and those who viewed remotely were very complimentary of this service. The unobtrusive help on the day helped to make Joy's send off memorable for all the right reasons.
There were suggestions from from some attendee's at the back of the room that it could be a good investment to increase the size of the video screens.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to assist and explain the various options available. Were allowed time to digest the various stages of the funeral service without being rushed.

Excellent. Were able to accomodate difficult travelling details for family attending the Cremation. Very professional, compassionate support for the ceremony which proceded just as we had planned. Tranquil setting in beautiful countryside.

The staff at EDC were kind, compassionate and professional. Katherine in particular was warm and empathetic, providing helpful advice on aspects including a local florist.
