We are in the process of buying a property from them and im appauled at how they are treating us. We recieved the documentation and two days later they are threatening us to close the deal or they would relist, by shouting and giving threats i am doubting their professionalism and even thaught them to be scammers. they are giving us a week to move in after making us wait 2 months for the process too start due to the property having tenants in it. We have told them numerous times we need to give a months notice in our current rental. now they are expecting us to pay rent and mortgage due to their neglegence i am horrified and my mental health is taking a massive toll because im being shouted at a threatend and obviously we do love this house but they cannot give us a week extra not even 6 days they are not even supposed to be in contact with us but with our solicitors the woman had me in tears how she treated me im on the verge of giving up on my dream house and looking for something else!! To top it all off if we go onto our solicitors progress app their stuff is still outstanding

"Absolutely dreadful company"

Absolutely dreadful company. Firstly having to use them through Story to part exchange our house. They sent a photographer round to take pictures and send them to their valuation department who had never stepped foot in my town let alone my house. Valuing it at £185k. Two estate agents locally valued it at £240k so an absolute farce. Second dealing with them came this week as we booked and attended a viewing of a local property that they are selling. No prior information to say that we needed to have an offer on our house. We put in an offer on the property we loved to be phoned up and told it has been declined to due us unable to complete the chain at this moment in time. Once again a waste of time.
