"It was an experience to do the final…"

It was an experience to do the final inspection of my new home. It was the first time I've ever had a builder so thorough with making sure I knew every aspect of my home, how it works, who to contact etc. The home itself was spotless and the gardens beautifully presented. All I had to do was move in. That was the hardest part. Brett and Brendan who took me through the 2 hour procedure were professional and friendly, I felt like I could contact them anytime. Thank you both. Thank you Allam for the beautiful home.

Our initial contact was Lisa an amazing advocate for the homes being built here in Kendall then we met Brendan Johnson the community manager who was very helpful and answered our questions relative to our proposed purchase to our satisfaction
During the week leading up to taking occupation of our new home we met Brett Pike during the walkthrough arranged for us
Along with Brendan & Brett we gained invaluable information from them in their very professional manner

We recently purchased a property at Monterey, an over 55 complex, and we considered the homes to be of excellent quality, designed to be practical and still stay attractive. The layout of Monterey is spacious compared with other similar developments. We are quite happy to have chosen Allam Monterey to start the new chapter in our life. We also would like to mention that without Lisa Ansell the outcome might have been different, her knowledge, patience, warmth and friendly nature were a pivotal point on our decision to buy in Monterey. Our experience with Lisa in "Sales" has been exceptional. Lisa has kept us completely informed with positive attention to any questions from us. The reasons for not giving 5 stars is not related to Lisa's performance, but to the fact Allam homes give absolutely no latitude towards any modifications we as the purchaser may request. To date we have only had dealings with Lisa.
We have purchased a home and will soon become involved with Brett and Brendan as we move closer to completion.
